2018 Holiday Catalog Swap Card
One of the greatest benefits of being a demonstrator with Stampin' Up! is getting together with our group, having great conversations and participating in swaps. Below is a fun card, yes, a Christmas card, we made for one of our swaps. It was inspired by the Holiday catalog card featured on page 28. (If you need a catalog, send us a message and we'll make sure you get one!) We actually created this card in our camper with our friend Mary (see pictures below)! It was a little tight on space but we made it work and had lots of fun :) ~Happy Stamping! Nancy & Kayla
Directions:
Adhere the Merry Merlot cardstock (4"x 5-3/16") to the Whisper White cardstock base.
Stamp the various leaves in their corresponding colors (Crumb Cake, Tranquil Tide, Merry Merlot, Shaded Spruce, and Early Espresso) on Whisper White cardstock (3-3/4"x 5"). Once the ink is dry, place stamped cardstock in the Tufted Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and run through the BigShot.
Using the Sprig Punch, punch two sprigs out of the Tranquil Tide Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper. Adhere these sprigs to the stamped and embossed cardstock using the liquid multipurpose glue.
Cut the 4-1/2" Merry Merlot & Copper Ribbon like a snake tongue on each side and adhere to cardstock with snail adhesive.
With Whisper White cardstock stamp "Fill the Season with Happiness"then, using the Stitched Shapes Framelits dies, cut out the 3" tall oval. Adhere to card with Stampin' Up! Dimensionals.
Color two rhinestones with the Dark Cherry Cobblers blend and place on card.
