Ready to swap some handmade happiness? Our Card Swap is the perfect way to get inspired, share your creativity, and receive a bundle of stunning handmade cards from fellow crafters! Here’s the deal:
📬 You’ll send us 11 cards of the same design—we’ll keep one to show off on our Facebook & YouTube Live, and in return, you’ll receive 10 unique handmade cards from crafters across the country. It’s like a happy mail surprise filled with fresh ideas and creativity!

Card Swap Guidelines (AKA: The Crafty Fine Print 😉)
Who Can Participate?
👉 Anyone in the U.S.! You can be a demonstrator or a customer—just bring your creativity!
Making Your Cards
Create 11 cards of the same design – We’ll keep one to showcase, and you’ll get 10 unique cards back!
Use Stampin’ Up! products only (current or retired).
Make full-sized cards (4-1/4” x 5-1/2”).
Add at least 2 layers & 1 embellishment for that extra “wow” factor.
Layers = Extra cardstock or Designer Series Paper adhered to the card base.
Embellishments = Ribbon, rhinestones, buttons, etc. (Note: Wink of Stella & Crystal Effects don’t count as embellishments!).
Put in your best effort! We want this swap to be full of beautiful inspiration.
Packing Up Your Cards
📌 Sticky note your name on the back of each card (Don’t ink/stamp your name on the cards—most swappers like to reuse them!).
📌 Put all 11 cards in a gallon-size Ziploc bag with your full name on it.
📌 Pack everything securely before mailing. Below are some examples of how crafters have sent their cards to us in the past!
Return Shipping Details
📦 Once you sign up, we’ll send you our mailing address in a confirmation email.
📦 Return Shipping:
All swap cards will be returned in a USPS flat-rate shipping envelope.
The return shipping cost is $10.10 and must be included in cash or check with your cards.
We will NOT be accepting any other payment methods (no Venmo, PayPal, or postage stamps).
You will NOT receive your original box back, so be sure to send your cards in packaging you don’t need returned.
⚠️ If return shipping is not included, we won’t be able to mail your swap cards back.
Deadline to Mail Your Cards
🚨 All swaps must be in our hands by Tuesday, February 25—no exceptions!
🚨If your cards don’t arrive on time, we’ll return all of your original cards with your return shipping.
