How to Make a Glowing Card Using the Black Magic Technique

This card really glows with the Basic Black Cardstock and Shy Shamrock Cardstock. Using the Black Magic technique with white crafting ink, a stamp set, and watercolor pencils, we made this card really pop.

For this card, we used the new In Colors Shy Shamrock for the card base. Then we stamped the leaves with white craft ink on Basic Black Cardstock. Once dry, we colored the leaves with water color pencils to make them stand out against the black background. We embellished the card with Shy Shamrock Bordered Ribbon and a sentiment.
